I've Reached my Goal Weight!

I know I haven't posted in quite some time but as of December of 2008, I have reached my goal weight of 154. During the holidays I've fluctuated a bit but I'm finally within a normal and healthy weight range.

At this point, I only take Power Pops as needed to curb my cravings. I mostly take them in the evenings since I've made it a point not to eat after 7:30pm unless the foods are under 10 calories. Power Pops don't count against my caloric intake.

Change on my diet

I've been counting calories for 3 months and my weight loss finally came to a halt. I was fluctuating between 178 and 179.

I decided to try Fat Loss 4 Idiots. I bought the plan 4 months ago but I was afraid to try it because the meal combinations on their menus seemed off. Since I read so many good reviews on it, I decided to give it a shot.

I was surprised that I was able to stay satisfied. It's been a week and I've lost 4 pounds.

With 4 meals, I have to space them as far as possible for me not to have late evening cravings. I'm only taking Power Pops between my meals as a snack substitute. I take one late at night when I get cravings.

Recommended Diets and Weight Loss Plans

Since I had my baby boys, I researched diets to see which ones would work best.

Number one on my book is The Abs Diet. The Diet revolves around 12 foods but not limited to called the "Power Foods". The diet on basic nutritional concepts and there's no need to count calories, but you could count them if you want to. My favorite part of the diet is that you can have one cheat meal a week.

Second on my list is Nowloss.com. This website provides a wealth of free tips and plans to help you reach your goals. The owner of the site, Adryan Bryant is a personal trainer that's there to answer all your questions. I'm currently trying his plan to lose 20 lbs in 3-4 weeks. I've lost 6 pounds in one week since trying the plan along with taking my Power Pops.

How Power Pops Work Best

After some trial and error, I've realized that with me, Power Pops work best on a diet that's below 1400 calories. Above that, I don't really need them them except for maybe a snack replacement.

With anyone who tries Power Pops, I highly recommend taking them as needed. Power Pop's main purpose is to suppress appetite. Usually, one has to reduce their caloric intake when they start hitting a plateau. Power Pops will help in being satisfied with fewer portions once one starts reducing their calories.

Back on track

Right now I'm just over 2 pounds above what I weighed on my last picture.

It sure is hard to get back into a diet after a week of cheating. I'm part of the majority who has no willpower during a vacation.
