My Weight Loss Progress as of today.

Since I only take Power Pops as needed now, my weight loss progress has been slower. I don't have much trouble with portion control now. For every 10 lbs I lose I will be tracking my progress with pictures, here are pictures of my progress so far:

Diet Changes

Since mid April I hit another plateau. I have cut my calories too far so I decided to increase my calories and exercise more. I now weigh 186. I never thought I'd be so happy to be weighing that much. Compared to weighing 200+ just weighing below 200 is wonderful. I'm losing weight slowly but I'm not starving either. I'm now taking Power Pops as a snack replacement. It's helped keep me from mindlessly munching on chips or candies with empty calories.

On the left it's me on August of 2007, weighing 209 lbs, about one month and 10 days after having my twins, on right it's me on March 31st, 2008 weighing 192 pounds.



I have lost more weight since March 31st, and very soon I'll be posting more pictures.
